How to Visit Central Serengeti from Arusha – Complete Guide 2026-2027

The 1 Day Arusha National Park Walking Safari was an absolute highlight of our trip. Being able to explore on foot with our armed ranger and guide provided a completely different perspective of the park. We got so close to giraffes and saw buffalo without the noise of a vehicle. The guide's expertise in tracking and identifying flora and fauna was remarkable. A truly immersive and exhilarating experience that I'd do again.

The air was fresh, and the flora was stunning. Our guide was fantastic, sharing stories about the mountain and ensuring we moved at a comfortable pace. We reached Mandara Hut, which felt like a real achievement for a day trip! The views were intermittently clear, offering glimpses of the surrounding landscape. It was a challenging but rewarding experience that gave us a real sense of Kilimanjaro's grandeur.

Our 3 Days Family Wildlife Safari Tanzania was an absolute hit with everyone, from our youngest to our oldest! Seeing the 'Big Five' was incredible, and the kids were constantly amazed by the sheer abundance of animals. The guides were fantastic with the children, making sure they were engaged and safe. We chose a lodge that was family-friendly and it was perfect. Top Guide Adventures really understands how to cater to families. We're already planning our return trip for 2026!

The itinerary packed a lot in without feeling rushed. While it's a group tour, there was still ample personal space during game drives. Excellent value for money and a fun social dynamic. We’d do it again for a 2026 adventure.

The sheer concentration of wildlife was breathtaking. Ngorongoro Crater offered a completely different, yet equally stunning, experience. We spotted lions, rhinos, buffaloes, and countless other animals in a relatively compact area. Our guide was exceptionally knowledgeable, spotting animals we would have surely missed. The accommodation was comfortable and well-located. We felt this was the perfect introduction to Tanzania's wonders, and we're already planning a return trip for 2026. Highly recommended!

Our 3 Days in Tarangire National Park were filled with incredible sights. We saw so many elephants, including large family groups, and the baobab trees are truly majestic. The park is beautiful and the wildlife viewing was top-notch. Our guide was very good at spotting animals and navigating the park. However, the lodge we stayed at for the two nights was a bit basic and not quite what we expected for the price. While the wildlife experience was 5-star, the lodging brought the overall rating down slightly. We enjoyed the park itself immensely and would recommend it, but perhaps look into different accommodation options if booking a similar package.

The camping was basic but clean, and the guides were fantastic, truly making the most of our limited time. The food provided was surprisingly good too. We felt very safe and well-cared for throughout our adventure, and would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for an affordable taste of Tanzania's magic. Our plans for a longer trip in 2026 are already in the works!

We booked a 1 Day Lake Chala Adventure from Moshi with Top Guide Adventures and it was absolutely breathtaking. The drive itself offered lovely views, but arriving at the crater lake was something else. The clear turquoise water against the rocky landscape was incredible. It's a perfect day trip if you're looking for natural beauty and a break from the usual safari circuit.
