Being able to explore on foot with our armed ranger and guide provided a completely different perspective of the park. We got so close to giraffes and saw buffalo without the noise of a vehicle. The guide's expertise in tracking and identifying flora and fauna was remarkable. A truly immersive and exhilarating experience that I'd do again.

The drive itself offered lovely views, but arriving at the crater lake was something else. The clear turquoise water against the rocky landscape was incredible. Our 2 Days Private Safari from Arusha was everything we hoped for and more. The flexibility of a private safari was invaluable, allowing us to spend extra time observing animals we were particularly interested in. The guide was superb, with an uncanny ability to spot wildlife hidden in the bush. We enjoyed intimate encounters with lions, elephants, and numerous other species. The vehicle was top-notch, providing excellent viewing and comfort throughout the journey. For a short but impactful safari experience, this was perfect. We felt well taken care of from start to finish.

The park is beautiful and the wildlife viewing was top-notch. Our guide was very good at spotting animals and navigating the park. However, the lodge we stayed at for the two nights was a bit basic and not quite what we expected for the price. While the wildlife experience was 5-star, the lodging brought the overall rating down slightly. We enjoyed the park itself immensely and would recommend it, but perhaps look into different accommodation options if booking a similar package.

We opted for the 3 Days Tanzania Group Joining Safari and had a fantastic time. It was a wonderful way to meet other travelers and share the incredible experience. Our guide was excellent, making sure everyone in the group got great views of the wildlife. We saw so much, from giraffes gracefully browsing to hippos cooling off. The itinerary packed a lot in without feeling rushed. While it's a group tour, there was still ample personal space during game drives. Excellent value for money and a fun social dynamic. We’d do it again for a 2026 adventure.
